How does it work?

We offer on-site support throughout Melbourne although most support queries can be dealt with remotely either via live chat, phone or email. Once you get in touch, we’ll first ask you to sign our quick and easy digital Service Agreement which can be done through your phone, tablet, laptop or PC.

We then discuss your support request with you and help to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.

In some cases we may need to remotely connect to your Windows PC or laptop to view and control your screen over a secure connection, with your permission. This helps us diagnose and solve problems much faster.

Once you are satisfied that the problem has been remedied, you will receive an invoice via email which is due to be paid within 7 days.

If we need to visit your home or business to conduct our services, we will book in a date and time that suits you. We can arrive at most regional Melbourne premises within 2 hours, providing a support slot is available.
